I love these pretty potato roses
Ingredients:
sheet of puff pastry with a thickness cca 3 mm
clean potatoes
fresh rosmary
olive oil
salt, pepper
Instructions:
Cut the potatoes into very thin slices
Sheet of puff pastry cut into long strips (cca 5 x 20 cm)
Layer the potato slices along the length of each puff pastry strip, leaving half of the pastry uncovered.
Fold the empty half of the pastry over the potatoes then carefully roll into a spiral.
Place the potato roses in the prepared muffin tin with using baking paper inside
Drizzle olive oil over the top of potatoe roses and sprinkle with salt and peper
Put rosemary between slices of potatoe in rose
Bake in reheat oven cca 220°C till the potato roses are nice golden brown
