ingredients

  • 170 grams Dark Chocolate
  • 15 grams Unsalted Butter
  • 210 milliliters Condensed Milk
  • 30 grams Nutella
  • 1/2 cup Hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts + Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method

  • Step 1

    Line a loaf tin or cake tin using foil (leave some extra foil on the aide for ease to unmould)

  • Step 2

    Using a double boiler melt dark chocolate, condensed milk and butter until chocolate is melted

  • Step 3

    Meanwhile on medium flame dry roast hazelnut and almonds until light brown. Once done break it into half and keep aside

  • Step 4

    Take the chocolate mixture from heat and whisk it using a spoon nicely. Add nutella and vanilla extract and mix it

  • Step 5

    Fold in all the nuts and transfer it to the prepared pan

  • Step 6

    Let it cool down completely on kitchen top for 2-3 hours. Cut into equal pieces and store it in fridge for 5-6 days
