- 1/ 3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/ 4 teaspoon salt
- 1/ 4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/ 4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/ 4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/ 4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/ 2 cup berries, of choice
- 1/ 4 cup granola, of choice
Method
Step 1
In a microwave safe bowl, combine old fashioned oatmeal, water, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract and mix well. Microwave for 4 minutes on high. Watch mixture to make sure bowl doesnāt overflow.
Step 2
After the oatmeal is done cooking, let cool for 5 minutes. Top with yogurt, berries, and granola of your choice.
