In a microwave safe bowl, combine old fashioned oatmeal, water, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract and mix well. Microwave for 4 minutes on high. Watch mixture to make sure bowl doesn’t overflow.
After the oatmeal is done cooking, let cool for 5 minutes. Top with yogurt, berries, and granola of your choice.
