- 1/ 2 cups Peanut Butter
- 1/ 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoons Almond Extract
- 1/ 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/ 3 cups Flaxseed Meal
- 1 tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1/ 2 cups Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats
- 1/ 3 cups Shaved Almonds
- 1/ 2 cups Sprinkle Mix
- 1/ 2 cups Rice Cereal
- 1/ 2 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 tablespoons Coconut Oil for Melting Chocolate
Method
Step 1
Add peanut butter, coconut oil, honey and almond extract into sauce pan at medium heat. Stir until creamy and fully mixed.
Step 2
Remove from pan and stir into the remaining ingredients to fold in and mix thoroughly. Don't over mix.
Step 3
Press down into 8"x4" loaf pan with lined parchment for easy removal.
Step 4
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until glossy, and then drizzle over pressed granola.
Step 5
Add desired amount of sprinkles and almond shavings over the chocolate drizzle.
Step 6
Place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours until chocolate has set and sprinkles remain in place.
Step 7
After refrigeration and formation, remove from pan and parchment, and cut into desired bar widths.
Step 8
