"Can't stop making dumplings! I used the same dough from my pierogies to make a Korean inspired version. Stuffed with mashed sweet potato + mixed veggies & Korean bbq sauce. Boiled until tender, topped with sesame seeds and then broiled until crispy. I'm obsessed. Gotta have the coconut aminos for dipping! Glad I saved half the batch for freezing, I could easily eat them all."
