Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

Serves or Makes: 1
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/ 2 cup rolled oats
- 1/ 4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/ 4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- pinch salt
- pinch cinnamon
- Raspberry jam, for topping
- Pumpkin seeds, for topping
Combine all ingredients in a small pot. Bring to a simmer and let cook until a thick creamy consistency, about 5 minutes.
Remove from stovetop and serve with raspberry jam and pumpkin seeds.
