ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 1/4 cup coconut milk beverage, carton not can
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- pinch of cardamom
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Allow to cook and thicken for at least 3-5 minutes.
Step 2
Once at your desired consistency, pour into a bowl and serve.
Step 3
Top with your favorite toppings such as nut butter, fresh fruit, and seeds.
