These oats are fragrant and super delicious without having to include any added sugar. Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).
- 1/ 2 cups quick oats
- 1 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1/ 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/ 4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- pinch salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cups unsweetened almond milk
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan, stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Allow mixture to thicken for at least 3 minutes before removing from heat.
Pour into bowl and top with fruit, nuts and seeds as desired.
