Banana Oat Pancakes with Quinoa Flakes
Slow Friday mornings. A rainy day calls for sleeping in and making pancakes! These were meant to be the average three ingredient pancakes (oats, banana, plant milk) but I only had 1/2 cup oats so I decided to add 1/2 cup quinoa flakes to the mix and I’m so glad I did. They turned out awesome! -@plantbasedjane

  • 1/ 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/ 2 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 3/ 4 cup plant milk
  • Berries and nut butter, for garnish


  • Step 1

    Blend all your ingredients together in a bowl or blender.

  • Step 2

    Spoon batter onto a non stick pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side.

  • Step 3

    Top with fresh berries, nut butter and serve.
