ingredients
- 1 pieces Pumpkin
- 1 pieces Sweet potato
- 5 pieces kale
- 1/4 cups Walnuts
- 1/2 cups pomegranate
- 2 tablespoons Tahini
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoons agave nectar
Method
Step 1
Cut the sweet potato and the pumpkin in pieces and place them for around 45 min in the oven by 200°C.
Step 2
While the vegetables are roasted cut the kale in to salad-friendly pieces.
Step 3
Mix together Tahini, Water, Lemonjuice and Agave Nectar for a dressing
Step 4
As soon as the roasted vegetables are ready mix everything together for your autumn salad.
