ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup sugar, of choice
- 1/3 cup oil, of choice, in liquid form
- 1/4 cup plant milk
- 1/3 cup chocolate chunks
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line 2 trays with parchment paper.
Step 2
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl, whisk together the sugar and oil, and then add your milk and mix again. Add your wet mixture to your dry, mix until just combined, then fold in your chocolate chunks.
Step 3
Form about 16 balls on prepared trays, and bake for 13-15 minutes.
