Pineapple Gin Tiki Cocktail

"I was a complete Tiki newbie when I opened up the @smugglerscovesf book a few months ago. Knew literally nothing, and probably still don’t know much. One thing I was surprised with were the various Gin cocktails I stumbled upon. I just figured, being an ignorant classic cocktail guy, that Tiki meant Rum. Here is one of my favorite non-rum based drinks from the book. Although you can sub Blended Aged Rum for the Gin. Really easy drink to put down. I probably went a little fast with this after an 8mi run Saturday. Straight to my bloodstream. Oh well. Hope everyone has a great start to the week!"
