- 11/2 ounces Blanco Tequila
- 1/2 ounce Mezcal
- 1/2 ounce salted watermelon syrup
- 1/2 ounce agave syrup
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1 dash angostura bitters
- Club soda
Slap 10 mint leaves and add to the bottom of a chilled Collins glass. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients (except Club Soda) to shaker. Shake to chill.
Strain cocktail into Collins glass. Top with Club Soda and Garnish with additional Mint and Watermelon as desired.
