Citrus Salad with Five Spice Honey and Ricotta

(4)
"In the depths of winter I crave citrus. It’s sunshine in your mouth. This dish comes together in minutes and really pumps up the volume with the addition of five spice honey and ricotta. You can find Five Spice powder in your local grocery store, or you can easily make your own. Combine star anise, cinnamon, fennel seed, Szechuan peppercorns and cloves in a spice grinder until smooth. This is refreshing dessert or lunch/brunch side. @petersom"
