Biscoff Rice Crispy Bars: 1/2c Lotus Biscoff Spread 1/2 liquid sweetener (agave, brown rice syrup, golden syrup 1/4c cashew butter 1c rice crisp cereal 1/2c oats 1/4c mixed seeds 1/2c semi-sweet vegan chocolate for the top 1. In a saucepan, slowly heat the Lotus Biscoff Spread, sweetener, and cashew butter until all mixed together. 2. Mix the dry ingredients 3. Mix the wet and dry ingredients. 4. Pack the ‘batter’ in a lined baking tin. 5. Microwave the chocolate with a drop of milk until melted and place on top of the ‘batter’ 6. Freeze. 7. Defrost before slicing!
