"Morning!! Fancied a little sweet treat today so I whipped up this delicious caramel chocolate layered parfait! Trust me this was so freaking good I added some superfood porridge oats In between layers for added texture and nutrition which I got from @nutriseeduk It's got a mix of oats, flaxseed, pumpkin seed, goji berries and chia seeds and is great to sprinkle on yogurt or smoothies or delicious as a cooked porridge For the first caramel layer I used 4 soft pitted medjool dates, 1 heaped tbs of almond butter, 1 large banana, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 1/2 cup of cashew milk. ( I use homemade as its so thick and creamy and makes the texture incredibly decadent! But regular nut milk will work) pour over your oats then layer with more oats and banana slices. For chocolate pudding layer blend 1 large banana, 1/2 small avocado, 2 tbs of raw cocoa powder (I Use @nutriseeduk ) 4 soft pitted medjool dates, pinch of cinnamon, 1 tsp of vanilla and 1/2 cup of cashew milk ( again regular plant milk is fine)once nice and creamy pour on top and sprinkle with raw cacao nibs This makes a very delicious and healthy dessert to!
