ingredients

  • 4 slices dark Sourdough Bread
  • Olive Oil
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • fresh Basil

Method

  • Step 1

    Brush the bread slices with some olive oil and roast them in a flat pan on both sides. Set them aside.

  • Step 2

    Chop the tomatoes into very small pieces, chop the garlic too and mix. Chop the basil leaves and add them. Add a spritzer of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Let marinate for a few minutes.

  • Step 3

    Cut the bread slices into halves. Only add the tomatoes onto the bread shortly before serving!
