ingredients

  • 1 package dried Apricots
  • 150 g Blue Cheese
  • 12 Walnuts
  • Toothpicks
  • 1 package Sliced Salami
  • 1 package Herbed Cream Cheese
  • Capers
  • 100 smoked Salmon
  • 1 package Cream Cheese
  • Dill

Method

  • Step 1

    Dried Apricots with Blue Cheese and Walnuts: Put the apricots on a plate. Dice the blue cheese, break the walnuts into quarters. Now put one piece of walnut onto an apricot. Pick a piece of blue cheese up with a toothpick and prick through the walnut and apricot. Done!

  • Step 2

    Salami wrappers with Herb Cheese and Capers: Put the slices of salami onto a working surface. Put 1 tsp of herb cheese into the middle. Pick-up a caper with the toothpick. Fold up all sides of the salami slice and fix it together with the toothpick. Done!

  • Step 3

    Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese and Dill: Cut the salmon in 2 cm wide stripes. Roll each stripe up but leave a hole in the middle for the cream cheese. Put the rolls standing up onto a plate or a spoon. Fill the middle with some cream cheese and decorate with fresh dill. Done!

  • Step 4

    I decorated a big plate with the finger-food, serving the salmon and salami on Chinese spoons. This plate is done in under 30 minutes and looks stunning!!
