Gluten-free Cocoa Cookies

  • 250 g softened Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 300 g Gluten-free Flour
  • 100 g Cornstarch
  • 125 g Icing Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Sugar
  • 1 tabelspoons Cocoa Powder


  • Step 1

    Quickly knead a dough with these ingredients and put into the fridge for at least 3 hours.

  • Step 2

    Roll the dough out at least 5 mm thick. Cut discs and print with the stamp as you wish.

  • Step 3

    Bake in the oven at 180 C for 10-15 minutes. Let them cool completely before taking them from the tray to avoid breaking them.
