ingredients
- 800 g peeled and deveined Prawns or Shrimps
- 50 g very fine Corn Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- 100 g Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Method
Step 1
Cut into the shrimp from the top, but not all the way through, then flatten the shrimp, this is called a butterfly cut.
Step 2
Place the cornmeal in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Toss the shrimp well in the flour, then fry in hot oil on all sides.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the ingredients of the dip together. Serve both together.
