ingredients

  • 3 Avocados
  • 1 juiced Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Pepper
  • 750 ml Vegetable Broth
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 30 g Crab Meat

Method

  • Step 1

    Peel the avocados and cut them up.

  • Step 2

    Put all ingredients except the crab meat into a blender and blend well.

  • Step 3

    Chill for at least 2 hours.

  • Step 4

    Pour the soup into 6 glasses. Sprinkle with some chopped crab meat and serve cold.
