ingredients
- 60 milliliter warm Milk
- 7 g Dried Yeast
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 500 g Bread Flour
- 120 g Butter
- 1 Egg-yolk to brush
Method
Step 1
Soak the dried yeast in the warm milk for 10 minutes until it foams.
Step 2
Mix the flour with the salt and sugar, then add the eggs, soft butter and the foamy yeast. Knead well for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cover the bowl with a towel and let rest for 1 hour. Then take it from the bowl and fold and stretch at least 3 times, let rest again covered for another hour.
Step 4
Cut the dough into approx. 10 pieces, I rolled them into bread rolls, flattened them slightly and put them standing up into a cake tin. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Brush with the egg-yolk and bake in the oven at 180 C for 30-40 minutes.
