ingredients
- 800 g small Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 juice Lemon
- some Salt
- chopped Parsley
Method
Step 1
Brush the potatoes carefully, then cut them into cubes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a flat pan and fry the cumin seeds. As soon as they crackle add the potatoes. Cook covered approx. 10-12 minutes, turning them from time to time.
Step 3
Now add the lemon juice, chili powder and turmeric, mix well. Let cook for another few minutes until the juice has reduced. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve.
