For the Mashed Potatoes


  • 1/2 sweet potato
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Salt, to taste



  • Tigernuts
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Almond butter
  • Chia seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Coconut flakes


  • Step 1

    Bring a pot with water and 1/2 a sweet potato to a boil. Boil for 20-30 minutes, or until the sweet potato has softened.

  • Step 2

    Transfer the boiled sweet potato to a blender and add water, collagen peptides, coconut oil, and salt. Blend until thick and creamy. Then, transfer to a bowl.

  • Step 3

    Top the sweet potato puree with a sprinkle of tigernuts, mini chocolate chips, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes and a scoop of almond butter.
