ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cucumber, Chopped
- 2 cups drinking coconut milk
- 1 Handful fresh mint
Method
Step 1
Add to a blender the frozen berries, small handful of mint and 1 cup of milk and blend until smooth. Pour berry smoothie layer into a tall glass and set aside.
Step 2
Rinse out the blender and add the mango, remaining 1 cup coconut milk plus the cucumber. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Pour the mango layer into the glass. The mango layer will sink to the bottom and push up the berry layer, creating the ombre effect.
Step 4
Drink immediately.
