ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix egg, almond butter, sugar, and milk together until smooth.
Step 3
Add almond flour and baking powder to the wet mixture, and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Transfer batter to loaf pan and top with extra chocolate chips.
Step 4
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
