Recipe
4 cups filtered water
1/2 cup raw & hulled hemp seeds
1 date
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Blend for 3 minutes and if desired, strain using a nut milk bag or cheese cloth.
