Chicken Caesar Pita Wrap

We don't know about you, but sometimes a caesar salad just hits the spot. @OneArmedMama_Tristin puts hers in a toasted pita (goals!) and tops it off with even more Annie's Organic Caesar Dressing for dipping.

ingredients
- 1 cup Annie’s Organic Caesar Dressing
- 4 toasted pitas
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded (grilled, roasted, poached, rotisserie, whatever!)
- 2 cups arugula, washed and dried
- 1 cup toasted cashews
- 2 stalks celery, shredded into ribbons with a vegetable peeler
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
Method
Step 1
Spread 2 tablespoons Annie’s Organic Caesar Dressing in the middle of each of the toasted pitas.
Step 2
Divide chicken, arugula, cashews, celery, cucumber and red onion evenly amongst all four.
Step 3
Drizzle another tablespoon Annie’s Organic Caesar Dressing over top and fold in half. Wrap bottom with parchment and secure with twine.
Step 4
Serve immediately with the remaining Annie’s Organic Caesar Dressing on the side for dipping. Or, wrap up and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
