While Gyoza is traditionally made with pork, this recipe uses crumbled firm tofu, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. The tricky part about making gyoza at home is pleating each dumpling, but practice makes perfect! Cook the gyoza by pan-searing or steaming the dumplings.
