ingredients
- 1 bottle Prosecco
- 3 cups Orange Juice
- Strawberries, sliced for garnish
- Angostura Bitters
Method
Step 1
Chop a strawberry into smaller pieces and place at the bottom of a glass. Gently mash it to release some of the fruit juices.
Step 2
Fill the glass half way with orange juice, then top with Prosecco.
Step 3
Finish with a dash of bitters and a slice of orange.
