When your breadcrumbs are soaked in milk first, you know that meatball is going to be juicy and delicious! @occomestibles has created some serious meatball deliciousness here.

Yield: Serves or Makes 4
Soak bread crumbs in milk in a small bowl and set aside for at least 10 minutes.
Mix the beef, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, egg, salt and pepper. Add soaked bread crumbs, together. Using your hands, shape them into balls.
Heat butter in a large cast-iron pan over medium high heat. Cook meatballs until browned all over, about 15 minutes. Add marinara or meat sauce.
