Cozy up to this decadnt and easy to make bowl of S'more baked oats. Made with oat flour, marshmallow and lots of chocolate, this single serving sized dessert is perfect for when that chocolate craving hits.

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon almond milk

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix ingredients. Transfer 3/4 batter into a ramekin. Add any chocolate spread or chocolate square. Cover with remaining batter. Add toppings. Bake at 180 C for 25 minutes
