ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon sweetener
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 1/2 tablespoon almond milk
Method
Step 1
Mix ingredients. Transfer 3/4 batter into a ramekin. Add any chocolate spread or chocolate square. Cover with remaining batter. Add toppings. Bake at 180 C for 25 minutes
