Oat Milkshake

1/2 cup oats
1 frozen banana
2 dates
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 tsp maca powder (optional)
Soaked oats in a half cup warm water for at least 30 minutes or overnight. The water gets absorbed and it cools down, but thanks to using warm water your oats will become creamier.
Blend all the ingredients on high speed until very creamy and smooth. Transfer to a jar and top with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
