No Bake Pumpkin Walnut Oat Tarts

Ingredients:

Crust

1 cup pitted dates

1/2 cup oats

1/4 cup walnuts

pinch of salt

Filling

2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

2 tbsp maple syrup

tsp of pumpkin spice

Directions:

Crust

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Then take crumble mixture and press it into tart molds. Put into the freezer to harder.

Filling

Combine ingredients and fill tart molds.
