Banana Popsicles

"Banana popsicles... don't mind if I do!!"

Ingredients:

2 bananas

1/2 cup chocolate, melted

Toppings of choice (chopped almonds, chopped pistachios, coconut, etc)

Directions:

Cut bananas in half, insert popsicle stick into bottom and dip in chocolate. 

Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and place in freezer. 

Once chocolate hardens (5-10 mins), remove from freezer and dip in chocolate again. 

Return to baking sheet and sprinkle with desired toppings.

Freeze for additional 30-60 mins. Store in airtight container in freezer.
