ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Simply Organic turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon baobab
  • Toppings: Kiwi, cacao nibs, coconut flakes

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend cauliflower rice, banana, mango, and coconut milk in a high-speed blender.

  • Step 2

    Add turmeric and baobab. Blend.

  • Step 3

    Pour into a glass and top with kiwi, cacao nibs, and coconut flakes.
