Tahini Fudge
ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
Chocolate Ganache
ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- Pinch of unrefined sea salt
Tahini Fudge
Method
Step 1
Line a mini muffin pan with paper cups.
Step 1
Melt coconut oil in a small pot over low heat. Add in the tahini and maple syrup and stir until you get a smooth silky mixture. Remove from heat and pour mixture into the lined mini muffin cups, filling them up half-way. Place the muffin pan in the freezer.
Chocolate Ganache
Step 1
Melt coconut oil over low heat in the same pot. Remove from heat, add the cacao powder and mix until it’s smooth. Add the maple syrup and sea salt and stir some more to get a smooth mixture.
Step 2
Once the fudge hardens and sets (around 45 minutes), take the pan out of the freezer and pour the chocolate ganache on top. Transfer back to the freezer for 30 minutes or longer until it sets.
Step 3
Enjoy and store leftovers in the fridge.
