Maple Yogurt Toast with Almond Butter and Berries

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 12 raspberries, mashed
  • 4 tablespoon maple almond butter
  • 8 blackberries
  • Drizzle of raw honey
  • Sprinkle of dark chocolate covered chia seeds


  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    Cut the sweet potato lengthwise into 3-4 “toast” slices. Place the sweet potato toast slices onto the baking sheet and drizzle with avocado oil & season with sea salt.

  • Step 3

    Bake for 20 minutes, flipping half way through and broiling for 3 minutes at the end.

  • Step 4

    Once the sweet potatoes are baked, top with yogurt, mashed raspberries, almond butter, blackberries, honey, and chocolate chia seeds.
