Easy and delicious recipe before the end of the season rhubarb : French rhubarb pie.

INGREDIENTS
4 large stalks of rhubarb
1 puff pastry pure butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup cream
1/2 cup crème fraiche
1 tsp vanilla extract
75g sugar


DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. 

Place the dough over the top of your pie dish (with parchment paper), prick and bake in the oven 7-8 minutes.

Clean and cut into small pieces rhubarb. Mix the liquid, add the eggs and whip. Add sugar to the mixture. Arrange nicely rhubarb on the precooked crust and pour the cream-sugar-eggs mixture. Sprinkle lightly with a little sugar on the pie.

Bake the tart for 35 minutes. Bon appétit!
