ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Method

  • Step 1

    Sautรฉ blueberries in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until the berries are hot and have started bursting slightly, about 5 minutes. Add a little water if needed. Add the maple syrup and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the liquid has evaporated and the compote is thickened.

  • Step 2

    Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for 5 days.
