Baked Za'atar Carrot Fries
Ok maybe technically it isn't carrot season, but in my house it's always a good day for carrots - especially if they're roasted. So, here's what you should do if you're a fellow carrot lover: slice them really thin, toss them with olive oil and za'atar spice mix, and roast them until their crispy enough to support a giant dollop of lemon-parsley-tahini dipping sauce.
