2 cups pecans, roughly chopped 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/2-1 tsp cocoa powder Sea salt to taste {optional} 1. Toast pecans on the stove on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes, to bring out their flavor. 2. Next, add maple syrup and stir until pecans are fully coated. Continue to cook over the stove for 1 minute more. 3. Finally, sprinkle cocoa and stir to combine. If you'd like the sweet and salty combination, sprinkle some sea salt/finishing salt at this step. 4. Remove from stove and let pecans cool in the pan. As they cool, the maple syrup dries up and hardens. Serve alone as a snack, or as a topping/ingredient on/in Ice cream etc. Enjoy!
