"I loved making these Parsnips with a Hazelnut Herb Gremolata, Inspired by @Gjelinarestaurant cookbook.  It offers such out of the box and amazing ideas on vegetables. I modified the recipe to make it gluten free and Paleo, and it was every bit as delicious. YUM. I love the topping made from crushed roasted hazelnuts, parsley, lemon rind and the sublime garlic oil from my confit garlic. "

I am a big an of fries served in cones for parties or on a huge platter like this here. Here Teri took inspiration and made a Hazelnut gremolata and elevated the parsnip frieds to another level. Move over potatoes, there's parsnips in town.
