"Potsticker Fish Cake. The other day, I got an email from my friend Lori from @lorisshoes who was raving about this recipe from the book. It hits all of the notes of a potsticker, without the dough wrapper. We’ve used rock shrimp, whitefish, and bits of carrots and green beans to give it some nice texture. It’s lovely to add fresh lemongrass if you can find it. We served this with my Dipping Sauce from the cookbook’s Magic Elixir section. If you haven’t made this one, it’s a run don’t walk situation. When you don’t know what to do with yourself on a day like today, making healthful food is always a spectacular idea. By the way, this is served on the new Molly Plates and tiny prep bowls in the new Jade and Ruby collection, stamped with the rooster and loved by all. Have you made this yet?"
