ingredients

  • 400 grams Mutton Mince
  • 1 minced Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3/4 tsp All spices
  • 1/2 cup chopped Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive OIl
  • 5 Pita Bread

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix mutton mince, onion, tomato, all-spices, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, parsley a dash of olive oil.

  • Step 2

    Cut to pita bread into half and stuff the mix into it generously.

  • Step 3

    Place Arayes on a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle some olive olive oil over them.

  • Step 4

    Bake at 170 C for 20 minutes (flip midway) until they turn slightly brown.

  • Step 5

    Serve with hummus or yogurt.
