ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2/3 cup mashed banana
  • 3 tablespoons plant milk
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 banana, berries and coconut flakes for topping

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend together mashed banana, almond butter, plant milk and coconut oil. add baking powder, vanilla & coconut flour and mix well.

  • Step 2

    Pour this mixture into a baking tin, top it with one banana sliced in half, berries and coconut flakes and bake at 180^C for about 25 min.
