"Very Berry Popsicles to celebrate the weekend! We turned some left-over smoothie into popsicles today. I couldn’t find my popsicle molds. So I used small paper cups instead. It worked! Can’t wait to relax this weekend! It’s been such a busy week. What are you guys doing this weekend? Hope it’s something fun!"

Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 3 tablespoon pure maple syrup

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend everything in a Vitamix or any high-speed blender, until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Pour into paper cups, all the way to the top, place a popsicle stick into each cup and sprinkle some coconut flakes (optional).

  • Step 3

    Transfer the popsicles into the freezer for at least 3 hours to set. Enjoy.
