"Very Berry Popsicles to celebrate the weekend!
We turned some left-over smoothie into popsicles today. I couldn’t find my popsicle molds. So I used small paper cups instead. It worked!

ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 3 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Method
Step 1
Blend everything in a Vitamix or any high-speed blender, until smooth.
Step 2
Pour into paper cups, all the way to the top, place a popsicle stick into each cup and sprinkle some coconut flakes (optional).
Step 3
Transfer the popsicles into the freezer for at least 3 hours to set. Enjoy.
