ingredients

  • 8 ounces plant based milk
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 4 tablespoon raw cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Maca powder

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend everything in the high-speed blender, such as a Vitamix, until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Serve in a deep bowl. Top with berries, cherries, hemp seeds, coconut flakes.
