Three Ingredient Raw Chocolate

Raw Vegan Chocolate Ingredient:
1/2 cup cocoa butter
3-5 tbsp (raw) agave nectar or maple syrup
1/3 cup cacao powder (1/4 cup for a less bitter chocolate)
Chopped almonds, dried fruit or anything you want for toppings
Directions:
Melt cacao butter at low heat on a double boiler. Add the maple syrup or agave nectar and mix until well combined. Add cacao powder and mix again (if it starts solidifying use the double boiler again) Pour chocolate into a silicon or lined mound and top with desired toppings. Transfer chocolate to the freezer or refrigerator to set for about 20-30 minutes. To get perfect squares cut them when they are a little soft.
