Dried Fruit & Nut Granola Bars
Homemade granola bars are one of my favorite snacks! It's easy to make and a much healthier option than store bought granola bars because those are usually laden with added sugars By making my own, I also get to make exciting combinations of my fav nut and natural fruity flavors. <br><br> RECIPE: <br><br> In a large bowl, simply mix 3 cups of rolled oats and one egg (or chia seed pudding for a vegan option) as your base and add dried fruits, nuts, grains and natural sweetener you like (I like honey because it helps the granola stick)! <br> Shape your mixture into bars or keep as small chunks for regular granola and place on a non-stick baking sheet. <br> Bake at 325 degrees F (163 C) for 20-25 minutes until a little brown! Half way, mix up the granola (or flip the bars over) to make sure both sides get baked evenly. ENJOY FRIENDS!
